Yes! You can update your frequency anytime through your customer portal. If you're going on vacation or just stocked up, you can switch to a longer interval or pause your subscription entirely.

Both options are available anytime through your customer portal — no phone calls, no hoops to jump through. If you need a break, simply pause and resume whenever you're ready. If you'd like to cancel, you can do that too with no commitment and no cancellation fees.

We ship orders in 1-3 business days. All orders ship ground from the East Coast, packed and shipped by us from our home!

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification that contains a tracking number. You can track your order by looking up the tracking number on the delivery company's website.
