Both options are available anytime through your customer portal — no phone calls, no hoops to jump through. If you need a break, simply pause and resume whenever you're ready. If you'd like to cancel, you can do that too with no commitment and no cancellation fees.

Everything lives in your customer account portal — you can change your frequency, pause, or cancel all in one place. Login to your customer account and click Manage Subscriptions.

We ship orders in 1-3 business days. All orders ship ground from the East Coast, packed and shipped by us from our home!

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification that contains a tracking number. You can track your order by looking up the tracking number on the delivery company's website.
